Terms of service
By accessing or using Choose Flow, LLC's website or booking services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Choose Flow LLC ("Choose Flow," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (chooseflow.co), our professional organizing and lifestyle concierge services, and any digital products we sell. By booking a service, purchasing a digital product, or using our website, you ("Client," "you") agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services or website.
Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in the State of Texas.
2. Our Services
Choose Flow provides KonMari-certified professional organizing and lifestyle concierge services to clients throughout the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area, including:
Professional home and space organizing
Packing and unpacking
Move-in setup and home management
Haul off and junk removal
Lifestyle concierge services
Virtual organizing sessions
Digital products and guides
Services may be performed by Rachel or by a trained Choose Flow team member. All team members work under Choose Flow's direction and standards of care.
3. Booking & Scheduling
Services are booked through our online scheduling system or by direct arrangement. Appointment timing and duration are estimates and may be adjusted once we see the actual scope of work on site. We recommend booking early, since availability is limited.
4. Rates & Payment
Our standard rate is $95 per hour for professional organizing, packing/unpacking, move-in setup, lifestyle concierge, and virtual organizing services..
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking, payable via Venmo (@Rachflowers) or another payment method we provide at booking. This retainer confirms your appointment and compensates us for the time reserved on our calendar.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the session unless other arrangements have been made in writing in advance.
Additional hours beyond the originally booked time are billed at the standard hourly rate and require your approval before work continues.
We may update our rates from time to time; the rate confirmed at booking applies to that engagement.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Because your retainer reserves dedicated time on our calendar, it is non-refundable if you cancel your appointment.
If you need to reschedule, please give us at least [48-72] hours' notice where possible so we can offer that time to another client. Rescheduling with less notice than that may incur a $[amount] rescheduling fee.
If Choose Flow needs to cancel or reschedule for any reason, your retainer will not be forfeited. It will be applied to a new date or refunded, your choice.
No-shows or same-day cancellations without prior notice may be treated as a completed session for purposes of the retainer.
6. Preparing for Your Session & Client Responsibilities
To help us serve you safely and effectively, you agree to:
Provide a safe, accessible workspace for our team.
Disclose, before we begin, any known hazardous or unsanitary conditions (mold, pest infestation, structural damage, bodily fluids, hoarding-level buildup, and similar) so we can plan appropriately and, if needed, adjust pricing or scope.
Point out any items of significant monetary or sentimental value, and any fragile or dangerous items, before work begins.
Be present or reasonably available during the session to make decisions about your belongings, unless we've agreed otherwise in advance.
We reserve the right to pause, decline, or reprice a session if we discover undisclosed hazardous conditions on site, for the safety of our team.
7. Item Removal, Donation & Disposal
During a session you may ask us to remove, donate, sell, or discard items on your behalf, including through our haul off and junk removal service. By directing us to remove an item, you confirm you're the rightful owner (or have authority to dispose of it) and that you no longer want it. Once an item leaves your home for donation, disposal, or resale, Choose Flow cannot retrieve or return it, so please take a final look through anything designated for removal before we take it.
8. Photos & Media
We may take before-and-after photos or videos of completed spaces for our portfolio, website, and social media. We won't share images that identify you personally (your face, mail, or other identifying documents) without your separate consent. If you'd rather we not photograph your space at all, just let us know before your session.
9. Product Recommendations & "Toxin-Free Reset"
As part of certain services, we may recommend or use household products aligned with our toxin-free philosophy. These recommendations reflect our own research and preferences. They are not medical, environmental, or safety certifications, and we don't guarantee the complete removal or absence of any substance from your home. Any product recommendations are general and not a substitute for professional testing or medical advice.
10. Digital Products
Digital guides and resources (such as "Chaos to Calm: The Weekend Home Reset") are delivered electronically upon purchase.
Digital products are licensed for your personal, single-household use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased digital products with others.
Because digital products are delivered instantly, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Texas law:
We exercise reasonable care while providing services, but we're not liable for damage to items that weren't disclosed to us as fragile, hazardous, or of unusual value before the session.
We're not liable for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or the condition of items or property before our arrival.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim, or the actual repair/replacement cost of the item in question, whichever is less.
Choose Flow is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
Where Choose Flow coordinates third-party vendors on your behalf (movers, cleaners, haulers, contractors, and similar), those vendors are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Choose Flow, and we're not liable for their acts, omissions, or the quality of their work. Direct any claims about a vendor's work to that vendor.
12. Assumption of Risk
Organizing, packing, moving, and related services can involve physical activity, lifting, and handling a wide range of household items. By booking our services, you acknowledge these inherent risks and agree that Choose Flow isn't responsible for injuries to people present during a session who aren't Choose Flow team members, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Choose Flow LLC, its owner, and its team members from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your failure to disclose hazardous conditions, or your negligence or willful misconduct.
14. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
15. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party platforms to run our business, including Calendly for scheduling, Venmo and Stripe for payments, and Squarespace for our website. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Choose Flow isn't responsible for outages, errors, or data practices of these third-party platforms.
16. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or county courts located in Parker County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
17. Informal Dispute Resolution
Before filing a claim, please contact us at [business email] so we can try to work things out directly. Most concerns can be resolved with a conversation.
18. Force Majeure
Choose Flow isn't liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, illness, or other emergencies.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on chooseflow.co at the time of your booking or purchase governs that transaction. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any signed service agreement or invoice, represent the entire agreement between you and Choose Flow regarding our services.
